Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available for items that meet all return policy requirements outlined below.

  • The return process must begin within 10 days of the original order's shipped date.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved refunds.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. ONLY RETURNS. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order separately.

We provide detailed size charts for every product to help you choose the right fit.

Once checkout is complete, orders cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.

Refund Processing Time

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account.
